We offer top quality Nokia Cell Phone rentals with purchase of Prepaid Phone Cards. Cell phones in Ukraine utilize the Kievstar network. Prepaid Phone Cards can also be purchased separately for calling from any LAN line. Phone cards offer the most inexpensive way to call the United States.

MOBILE PHONE RENTALS

With a cell phone rental, you will receive the following:

1) Cell phone, charger and carrying bag

2) Installed Cell phone number  

3) User instruction information about outgoing call rates, adding additional money to the cell phone account, prepaid cards, checking your cell phone account and dialing rules.

TWO OPTIONS

OPTION 1: One month cell phone rental for $100.00 + Purchase of Prepaid Phone Card in any amount + $20.00 set-up fee.

Client pays the non-refundable set-up feeto Rowland Enterprises with the Credit Card Authorization Form then pays the Prepaid Phone Card Cost plus the $100.00 cell phone rental fee in Kiev. Payment is to our Ukrainian partner, IMS, via their representative, Victor Sadovnikov, with payment in either US Dollars or Ukrainian Hryvnia currency.

OPTION 2:  $5.00 per day Daily Rental Fee + Purchase of Prepaid Phone Card in any amount + $20.00 set-up fee.

Customer pays the non-refundable set-up fee to Rowland Enterprises with the Credit Card Authorization Form, then pays the Prepaid Phone Card Rental and the Daily Rental Fee to Ukrainian partner IMS' representative, Victor Sadovnikov, in Kiev.

SEPARATE PREPAID PHONE CARDS

Prepaid access phone numbers offer a rate of $1.00 per minute for calling anywhere within Ukraine and to the United States. They may be purchased with or without cell phone rental. Full amount of the order is to be prepaid to Rowland Enterprises . Please call us to go over your order before paying. If known before U.S. departure, please provide contact name, address, and local Kiev telephone number of delivery/pick up location. And please note:

There is a $20 Set-Up Fee per order.

Rate is $1 per minute x number of minutes ordered

There is a $10 fee each way for delivery and/or pick up of cell phone and/or phone cards in Ukraine. Delivery and pick up are available only in Kiev.

 

The Set-Up Fee is paid to Rowland Enterprises with the Credit Card Authorization Form prior to travel and all other fees and expenses as noted are paid to Victor Sadovnikov in Ukraine.

IMPORTANT: A charge of $115.00 will be applied for phones that are lost or stolen while in the possession of the customer.

A voucher confirming your order for the service(s) purchased will be e-mailed to you before you depart the U.S. Victor’s contact information will be included in the voucher.
