Here’s how the service works:
1. The full cost of the VIP service is prepaid to Rowland Enterprises with a credit card. Call, email, or click Credit Card Authorization Form to complete and fax your payment. Prices for this service are shown above.
2. A VIP voucher will be emailed to the customer.
3. For arriving passengers, the VIP escort will meet you near Baggage Claim in Kyiv airport and will guide passengers through Passport Control, Customs, and Immigration, all within 5 minutes and without scrutiny. The escort will be waiting with a sign showing the passenger’s name and please show your VIP voucher to the escort.
4. For departing passengers, meet the VIP escort near the INFORMATION BUREAU on the first floor in the center of Borispol Airport. The escort will assist passengers in getting through Customs quickly without scrutiny by airport officials and will assist with completing Customs declaration forms. The VIP escort will also assist passengers with check-in at the airline ticket counter and in clearing Passport Control on the second floor. Please show your VIP voucher to the escort upon your meeting.
